Who is responsible for your data
Progressive Property, registered in England and Wales, company number pending. Registered office: Unit 10, Office Village, Forder Way, Cygnet Park, Peterborough PE7 8GX. VAT registration number pending. Progressive Property runs the AI Accelerator Summit and is the data controller for your booking. Sabrina Stocker of Two Comma PR builds and runs this registration page as Progressive's partner on the AI programme, and sees the entries it collects. Contact: customercare@progressiveproperty.co.uk.
What this page collects
When you fill in the form: your first name, your last name, your email address, your mobile number, the morning you choose, and a source tag that records which page the form sat on. When the form is sent, the server keeps its standard request log for that post: your IP address, the time and your browser's user agent.
Nothing is bought or paid for on this site.
Why it is held, and on what basis
- Getting you into the morning you asked to attend: contract, plus legitimate interests for keeping the registration list.
- Telling you about future AI Profits events: consent, which you can withdraw in one click from any email.
- The server log: legitimate interests, so the site can be kept working and checked if something goes wrong.
Where it goes
- Railway hosts this site and stores the registration entries, including the morning you chose.
- Tally holds the optional form where you can put forward an idea for the live demo.
- Google Workspace carries the email.
If you choose to visit Rob Moore's own events site at events.robmoore.com, its own privacy policy applies there. No other processor handles your details, and your data is never sold.
How long it is kept
- Registration entries: twelve months after the last October morning, Tuesday 20 October 2026, then deleted.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so you are not added back.
- Server logs: thirty days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can:
- get a copy of what is held about you
- have it corrected
- have it erased
- take it with you in a portable format
- object to anything done on legitimate interests
- withdraw marketing consent whenever you like
Send any request to customercare@progressiveproperty.co.uk and Progressive's team will reply within five working days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
